Strong sunlight and underfloor heating deserve attention when selecting either timber or LVT. Compatibility depends on the actual product and installation system. Bring the heating specification if it is available, and explain how the rooms are used through the year. We can then discuss appropriate options and the questions that need resolving before installation, instead of treating all engineered wood or all vinyl products as interchangeable.
