Engineered wood needs a suitable environment before it is delivered and fitted. Discuss wet building work, heating and the readiness of the rooms with us before fixing an installation date. If existing boards or character details are being retained, photographs help begin the conversation, but the final specification needs an on-site assessment. Think about transitions to stone hearths and adjoining tiles as part of the scheme.
What to bring to the conversation
Tell us which rooms are involved, what flooring is there now and whether you have a preferred timescale. A plan is useful for an initial discussion, but the final quantities and preparation depend on a home measure. If the building has features that must be retained, point them out before we discuss fixing methods or floor heights. We quote for the agreed scope rather than assume every room needs the same treatment.
